“From Pain Relief to Wellness”

Waking up and looking forward to your day should be a normal, regular occurrence, not wondering if you should have surgery or if you can get through the day without a pill.

We all want to be pain-free, have more energy and live a full life. I learned that you can’t achieve those goals with drugs or quick gimmicks. I fractured a vertebra in an auto accident when I was four years old. No one found out about it until I was 18! All the medical doctors I saw told me the same thing: you need surgery or you’ll be in a wheelchair in five years.

I decided to try a more conservative approach first and 40 years later I’m still chugging along without wheels to locomotor around!

As an Albany chiropractor, I am interested not only in the relief of pain but also in wellness for my patients. Wellness is not simply the absence of disease. Being well is a combination of many things; having one’s body functioning at an optimal level, having others to share life’s experiences with, having an immune system that does not need lots of drugs to keep it in balance.

  • Christina Spagnola
    Office Manager
I was first introduced to chiropractic after I was injured in a car accident in April 2008. I was in constant pain and the pain killers my MD prescribed made me tired and moody. After trying physical therapy and acupuncture with little results, I decided to try chiropractic. It was a great decision! My pain became less and my body responded quickly and returned to how I felt before the accident. Soon after being helped by a chiropractor without drugs I started working for one. I’m still learning more about the benefits of a more natural way to better health and am amazed to learn how chiropractic care can boost one’s immune system and improve overall health. My entire family which include my husband and children now receive regular chiropractic care to maintain our healthy immune systems. I’m here to help answer any questions and make you feel at home in our friendly East Bay office.
